About the role

Assist the principal and/or teachers in maintaining a well-organized, smoothly functioning class environment in which students can take full advantage of the instructional program and resource materials.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies in the classroom

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Ability to work effectively with school-aged children
• Demonstrated interest in education and students
• New Jersey resident or willingness to relocate
• Successful completion of controlled substance testing and criminal history background check

Pay

$24.70 - $29.45 per hour, determined by prior school-based ABA experience

Schedule

10-month school year; 5.75 hours per day
