Responsibilities
- Create daily agendas and prepare briefing materials
- Coordinate and manage the Vice President's calendar and travel arrangements
- Serve as a key liaison between the Vice President and various stakeholders
- Audit urgency and priority of incoming requests and communications
- Draft and review correspondence on behalf of the Vice President
- Support development and implementation of strategic plans for the office
- Research and follow up on issues referred by staff or external contacts
- Aid in committee coordination and project tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communication or a related field
- 5 years of experience in supporting an executive office
- Superior professionalism and attention to detail
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Experience with calendar management and travel coordination
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

Pay
$100,000 – $140,000 annually
