Special Assistant to Vice President of Enrollment Management

Responsibilities

  • Create daily agendas and prepare briefing materials
  • Coordinate and manage the Vice President's calendar and travel arrangements
  • Serve as a key liaison between the Vice President and various stakeholders
  • Audit urgency and priority of incoming requests and communications
  • Draft and review correspondence on behalf of the Vice President
  • Support development and implementation of strategic plans for the office
  • Research and follow up on issues referred by staff or external contacts
  • Aid in committee coordination and project tracking

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in supporting an executive office
  • Superior professionalism and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Experience with calendar management and travel coordination
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools

Pay
