Description
This is a charity golf tournament. We want everyone to come and enjoy the day. You will help that happen by making the experience a positive one. We need everyone's help from unloading the vans to setting up tents and tables to creating the raffle experience, helping on the specialty holes, helping us clean up and load vans when the event is done. There are three shifts available:
- Help unload vans, set up tents and tables, set up check in and raffle prizes: Friday May 8, 2026 - 05:30 to 09:30 MST
- Work the specialty holes, help with the raffle, moving items to set up.: Friday May 8, 2026 - 09:00 to 12:30 MST
- Help on the golf course while players finish. Help with raffle and auction during the after-golf luncheon, help us tear down and load vans: Friday May 8, 2026 - 12:00 to 14:30 MST
Commitment Details
Please be available for the shift you sign up for. If you want to stay for several shifts or the whole day, we would love to have you.
