About the role

The Dishwasher position at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort is responsible for keeping the kitchen running smoothly by ensuring dishes, utensils, and equipment are clean and ready for use.

What You'll Do

• Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking tools using a dishwashing machine or hand wash.
• Clean and polish stainless steel surfaces, shelves, and kitchen equipment.
• Sweep, mop, and keep kitchen and storage areas tidy.
• Empty and clean trash bins, ensuring no utensils or dishes get tossed out.
• Help with food prep, storing deliveries, and organizing storage areas.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

What You'll Bring

• Restaurant experience is helpful but not required—we’ll train the right person.
• The ability to stay organized and focused in a busy environment.

Working Conditions

You’ll spend your shifts in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The work includes standing, bending, and lifting (up to 100 lbs occasionally). You’ll handle hot items, sharp tools, and cleaning materials while following safety procedures.
