About This Role
The Speaker Booking Specialist will play a crucial part in securing bookings for editorial speakers at From Day One's events. Key responsibilities include researching, contacting, and securing speaker bookings, tracking progress towards booking goals, pitching potential speakers, updating and maintaining contact management systems, and managing the preparation process. The ideal candidate should be able to engage in conversations and convey their passion and excitement when securing engagements.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years professional experience in a related role
- Basic knowledge of business software such as MS Office products, Google For Business, or similar
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- A 4-year college/university degree
