Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Gathers and analyzes project information.
- Uses analytical reports to set and monitor schedules.
- Ensures that scheduling of work follows company policy.
- Meet with the station team and contractors for periodic updates.
- Work on-site at customer's facility.
- The assignment will be in an industrial setting and require wearing personal protective equipment such as a hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.
- Traveling to and from job sites on daily basis, whether from home or a local hotel is required.
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel;
- Reach with hands and arms;
- Talk or hear;
- Frequently required to sit;
- Occasionally required to stand; walk; climb stairs up to 12 floors, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl;
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance;
- Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment including a hard hat, safety glasses, fall protection, hearing protection, gloves, etc.
- The work environment will have both hot and cold temperatures.
- The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
Qualifications
- Performs work under minimal supervision.
- Handles issues and problems associated with the schedule and develops plans for mitigating scheduling issues.
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge of scheduling in Primavera.
- Analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to identify and seek needed information.
