SPARKS Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will perform site leadership duties that include support of frontline staff, oversee program quality, and support a positive program culture. The Site Supervisor will lead and manage daily program operations and ensure program effectiveness by supervising staff, coordinating activities, and communicating with school partners to uphold all safety, compliance, and reporting standards. The Site Coordinator will provide support and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and coordinate daily program activities
• Support frontline staff and maintain program quality
• Communicate with school partners to uphold safety, compliance, and reporting standards

Requirements

• Valid Teaching Certificate required
• Experience working with students in corresponding grade levels
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage program logistics, safety protocols, and student behavior
• Familiar with youth development practices
• Must pass a criminal background check

Schedule

• 12–16 hours per week, including 3–4 hours per day after school Monday–Thursday

Pay

• $36.48 per hour
