About the role
Fairfield College Preparatory School is seeking a Spanish teacher to join our dynamic and supportive faculty.
Responsibilities
- Teach five sections of Spanish
- Participate in an Ignatian Educator Formation program
- Work collaboratively with members of the World Language department
- Attend all department and faculty meetings and professional development opportunities
- Assist in the extracurricular and spiritual life of the school community
- Develop young men to become intellectually competent, religious, loving, committed to doing justice, and open to growth
- Teach students in a 1:1 setting with iPads
Qualifications
- Experience teaching in a high school setting
- Experience with or familiarity with Jesuit ideals
- A minimum of a BA in Spanish and/or Secondary Education; MA preferred

Pay
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is full-time, with the possibility of some evening and weekend work as needed.
