Spanish Speaking Speech Therapist (ST) for Home Health

About the role

FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Spanish Speaking Speech Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Control your own schedule and work in your preferred coverage areas.
• Treat patients of all ages, including those with varying needs and conditions.
• Observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition.
• Determine the plan of care based on the patient's progress and feedback.
• Use our Electronic Medical Record system for easy documentation during the visit.
• Take advantage of our innovative app Cliniconnects to accept or decline patients in seconds.

Requirements

• Current Speech Therapist license issued by the state board of Speech Therapy - The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted.
• Completion of an accredited Speech Therapy program.
• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Smartphone.
• Speak Spanish.
