Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)
At Above and Beyond Therapy, we are seeking a caring and qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in school environments
- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Data collection and session note submission
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors
- Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
- Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
- The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Valid state identification card
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a criminal background check
