spanish speaking FIELD NURSE SUPERVISOR - ATLANTA, GA

Job Summary

A Spanish-speaking Field Nurse Supervisor position is available in the Atlanta area. The role requires spending two to four nights a month out of town. Experience with Traumatic Brain Injury and Spinal Cord Injury is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all clinical and non-clinical staff responsible for client care
• Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with each client
• Collect and ensure all new client admission paperwork is completed to state regulatory requirements
• Ensure all client files are kept in compliance with state regulatory guidelines
• Ensure services comply with company policies & procedures and follow state and federal regulations
• Create and upload a one-page “client cheat sheet” for Scheduling Coordinators
• Work closely with internal clinical support team and provide regular updates on client care
• Periodically attend sales and marketing events
• Develop, implement, and update client care plans as needed
• Conduct supervisory visits and performance reviews of clinical & non-clinical staff
• Communicate with internal & external case managers regarding client cases
• Train new staff on case particulars and conduct staff in-services for new clients
• Assist in monitoring staff and prioritizing caregiver duties
• Provide counseling and guidance to clients and/or their families
