Spanish HR Interpreter - 1st Shift
About the role
As a Spanish Human Resources Interpreter of Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc., you will be assigned to one or more positions within Ashley’s manufacturing facility. You will be informed of the standard operating procedures for the position(s) assigned to you before starting work.
Responsibilities
- Interpret between Spanish speakers and English-speaking employees within Ashley’s manufacturing facility.
- Ensure accurate communication and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Support cross-cultural understanding and collaboration among employees.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in human resources or related field preferred.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Attention to detail.

Pay
