Production Bilingual General Labor (English/Spanish) - 1st Shift

About the role

The Production Team Member supports daily operations along the production line. Responsibilities include handling product, operating machinery, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow company standards for speed, quality, and food safety
• Work in various roles on the production line, including cutting/trimming, loading/unloading centrifuge machines, bagging, packing, and other duties as needed
• Serve as a translator between English and Spanish-speaking team members or supervisors when necessary
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment
• Handle equipment and tools safely and report any issues immediately
• Report pest or product quality issues to the supervisor, including type, location, and severity
• Remain punctual and accurately use the company’s time-tracking system during breaks and lunches
• Work in a production environment averaging 70°F, with background noise around 70 decibels

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be a U.S. citizen, legal migrant, or permanent resident
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Able to interpret and translate workplace communication as needed
• Willing to work overtime or weekends when required
• Able to take direction, accept feedback, and work independently or in a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk on hard surfaces for extended periods
• Regularly lift and move 1–50 pounds
• Lift up to 50 pounds from floor level
• Ability to squat, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the shift
• Tolerate cold environments (as low as 34°F) for long duration

Schedule

Morning Shift (6.00 am - 4.00 pm)

Overtime and weekend availability required
