Production Supervisor (1st Shift) | Bilingual English/Spanish

Supervise all production activities and ensure optimal productivity.
Implement and monitor quality control measures.
Cookordinate with other departments to achieve operational objectives.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards.
Develop and implement improvements to production processes.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor equipment maintenance and organize necessary repairs.
Facilitate effective communication within the team and with management.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5+ years' experience overseeing production teams of 40+.
- A candidate who is bilingual in English/Spanish is required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Track record leading projects to improve production efficiency and reduce waste & costs.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and equipment.
- Background in assembly environments strongly preferred.
Qualifications
Salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 Depending on level of experience.
Quarterly bonuses, paid out based on personal metrics & company performance.
2 Weeks Vacation Time, 1 Week PTO + 2 Personal Days.
