Job Description Location: North River Campus Reports To: Regional Campus Pastor Position Summary The Spanish Campus Pastor will lead the launch and ongoing development of a Spanish-speaking campus within an existing Bayside Community Church Campus location. This role is responsible for building a thriving, Christ-centered ministry that provides intentional discipleship, authentic community, and dynamic worship experiences for the Spanish-speaking population. Primary Responsibilities Campus Launch & GrowthLead the vision, strategy, and execution of launching a Spanish-speaking campus within an existing Bayside locationBuild and execute a launch plan including outreach, interest gatherings, and preview servicesEstablish rhythms for weekly staff direction & meetings, worship services, groups, and ministry engagementCreate a welcoming and culturally relevant environment for Spanish-speaking individuals and families Discipleship & Spiritual FormationDevelop and implement a clear discipleship pathway for Spanish-speaking attendeesEquip individuals to grow in their relationship with Christ and take next steps (salvation, baptism, serving, leadership)Lead and oversee small groups, classes, and leadership development environmentsEnsure alignment with Bayside’s theology, values, and discipleship model Leadership DevelopmentIdentify, recruit, and develop Spanish-speaking leaders and volunteersBuild sustainable ministry teams across key areas (hospitality, kids, worship, production, groups)Create leadership pipelines that multiply leaders within the Spanish-speaking communityCoach and care for team members to ensure healthy ministry culture Worship & Weekend ExperienceOversee the planning and execution of Spanish-language worship servicesCollaborate with central teams to contextualize Bayside’s teaching and worship for a Spanish-speaking audienceEnsure services are engaging, excellent, and aligned with Bayside’s overall experienceDevelop Spanish-speaking worship and production teams Community Engagement & OutreachBuild relationships within the local Spanish-speaking communityIdentify outreach opportunities to serve and connect with families in the regionPartner with local organizations, schools, and ministries to expand impactCreate pathways for new people to connect into the church Qualifications Spiritual & Leadership Strong, growing relationship with Jesus ChristWeekend platform communicator, with monthly message teachingCalled to pastoral ministry with a heart for the Spanish-speaking communityProven ability to lead, develop, and multiply staff, volunteers & leadersAlignment with Bayside Community Church’s vision, values, and culture Experience Experience in church leadership, campus leadership, or church planting Experience in leading multicultural or Spanish-speaking ministries strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to build teams, grow a volunteer base, and launch initiatives Skills Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)Strong communicator with the ability to connect cross-culturallyStrategic thinker with execution abilityHigh relational intelligence and pastoral care capacity Key Outcomes (First 12–24 Months) Successful launch of a Spanish-speaking campus with consistent weekly servicesEstablished core team of staff, volunteers & leadersClear discipleship pathway with measurable engagementGrowing attendance and community impact Character & Chemistry Demonstrates personal integrity in all areas of life.Must have completed Growth Track at Bayside or currently moving forward in doing so.Regularly attends Bayside worship services (with family, if applicable).Is an active participant in a group and is a regular tither.
