Responsibilities

  • Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently
  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
  • Apply data entry skills as needed
  • Respond to online chat inquiries
  • Problem-solve creatively
  • Manage time and tasks effectively
  • Pass required exams for certification
  • Adhere to regulated communication guidelines

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Background check and drug test must be completed within 3 days
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace required
  • A personal device with a functioning camera is required during the Training Period
  • Full attendance for a 3-week paid Training period is mandatory
  • A minimum Internet Speed of 100 mb/s with ethernet is required
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required
  • Mobile internet service providers and satellite connections are not compatible
  • Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders are not compatible

Qualifications

  • Essential responsibilities include inbound/outbound calls, application data entry, and online chat inquiries
  • Extensive self-study, training, and testing are required for certification
  • Must have moderate to advanced computer skills and high comfort with learning new technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary
  • Self-motivation and success-driven attitude are preferred

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
  • Experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Experience in a Call Center
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus
