Requirements
The Operations Quality Control Administrator is responsible for performing quality control assessments for both the Call Center and E&E operations. This opportunity allows the candidate to determine their work arrangement. If onsite arrangement is selected, you must work onsite 100% of the time at your assigned office location. If remote arrangement is selected, you must reside within 100 miles of Albany, Rochester or NYC, NY, and work remotely 100% of the time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in the requirement gathering process.
- Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing scripts, and support operations to ensure contractual standards are met.
- Document and gather high-level business requirements and communicate requirements to business analysts, IT, and the business operation.
- Provide recommendations to management to ensure that productivity goals are met while containing costs.
- Document issues for management review.
- Work with training and SOP teams to update materials based on system changes.
- Create test plans and document end to end business test scenarios.
- Execute test scenarios to determine if defects exist.
- Document defects and provide supporting information to facilitate defect correction and validation.
- Conduct research and audits to determine if the system results are correct.
- Create user documentation and flow charts as needed.
- Determine the impact of defects and establish ways to effectively mitigate risks associated with software defects/manual workarounds.
- Interface with the IT organization to explain defects.
- Provide software demos and presentations to internal and external customers.
- Plan and manage small projects and communicate results.
- Manage or support system or operational process audits.
Minimum Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of experience, or an associate degree with 2+ years' experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Haitian Creole.
- Additional training or education in area of specialization.
- Jurisdictional requirements: NYSOH CSSIII, CSSIV, Team Lead, ARU, Task Admin, QA Coordinator, MECM CRR or at least 5 years of experience in one of these roles ending within the last year.
- Must be able to read, write and translate fluently in English and Spanish.
- Must reside in New York; within a 100 mile radius of Albany, Rochester or New York, NY.
- Must be willing and able to work a shift between 8:00am-5:00pm EST Monday-Friday.
- Home Office Requirements: Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net); Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router.
