  • Responsibilities

    Develop and maintain training curricula, including course objectives, lesson plans, presentations, course examinations, exercise scripts, reference mission designs, training schedules, and progress tracking tools.

    Sustain and update curriculum materials in accordance with internal standards and established review cycles; support periodic training courses and operational exercises.

    Develop, test, and maintain operational documentation, including user guides, manuals, checklists, and job aids.

    Conduct analytical support for test planning activities, including evaluating pre-test predictions, models, and simulations to design test events, define data collection requirements, and establish go/no-go criteria aligned with test objectives.

    Develop Data Management and Analysis Plans (DMAPs) to ensure proper data collection for modeling and simulation activities, real-time test execution, and post-mission processing and evaluation.

    Prepare and review comprehensive test planning documentation, including test plans, Test Information Sheets, safety packages, data analysis management plans, Technical and Safety Review Board briefings, Test Readiness Briefs, test cards, and final test/analysis reports.

    Monitor the collection of modeling and simulation data and real-time test and range parameters; evaluate results to determine whether system configuration, performance, and architecture meet defined requirements for effectiveness and suitability.

    Cook up data requests; process and validate data; conduct quality control reviews and anomaly resolution; and perform analysis in accordance with approved analysis plans.

    Support analysis and reporting activities to assess system performance, operational effectiveness, and mission suitability.

Qualifications

  • TS/SCI eligibility
  • 3+ years of relevant Department of Defense experience
  • 9+ months of experience working in a Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) environment
  • Basic understanding of space architectures, space-based sensors, and/or communications system
  • Foundational experience in data analysis, modeling, simulation, or test evaluation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare technical documentation and briefings
  • Ability to analyze complex systems and interpret technical data
  • Prior Teaching Or Instructional Delivery Experience
