Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate oversight of technical and administrative operations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field; advanced degree preferred
- 5 years related experience in leadership roles
- Strong background in collaborative and innovative R&D environments
- Proven expertise in conflict management and resolving complex organizational issues
- Experience with technical disciplines relevant to remote sensing and data science
- Ability to obtain Q clearance for national security work
- Familiarity with government agency operations (e.g., DOE, DoD)

Pay
$153,600 – $266,500 annually
