About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate oversight of technical and administrative operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field; advanced degree preferred
  • 5 years related experience in leadership roles
  • Strong background in collaborative and innovative R&D environments
  • Proven expertise in conflict management and resolving complex organizational issues
  • Experience with technical disciplines relevant to remote sensing and data science
  • Ability to obtain Q clearance for national security work
  • Familiarity with government agency operations (e.g., DOE, DoD)

Pay

$153,600 – $266,500 annually
