Qualifications
- Minimum ten (10) years DoD/IC, or relevant industry work experience
- Experience with MAJCOM/Field Command staff level or higher
- Expert understanding of the Command and Control/Kill chain dynamics
- Experience and understanding of CFC processes
- Experience with system security, information assurance, and program protection plans
- Understanding of operational environment and corresponding mission user needs
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and accurately within and outside the organization
- Ability to develop relationships with directors, program managers, senior government officials, and representatives of industry
- Ability to use analytical principles, practices, and techniques to review, evaluate, and apply several alternatives according to the security requirements for manning and resourcing needs to support Space RCO SAP activities and portfolio
Desired Skills
- Five (5) years of relevant DoD and/or Industry work experience with SAP and/or SCIS
- System Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) to Government program office
- Experience with rapid prototyping
- Experience with integrated air, space, and cyberspace capabilities
- Experience with ACAT I/II level acquisition programs
- Fluency with IC organizations
Education
- Adequate engineering degree from a program accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET)
- Possess a Professional Engineering license
