Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom instruction for the Orbital Warfare (OW) Initial Qualification Training (IQT), Instruction Qualification Course (IQC), Integrated Academics (IA) Course
- Develop, validate, standardize, and review training products to include lesson plans, scripts, and visual aids, to include for new mission systems
- Cook up with Squadron leadership on daily operations
- Identify and recommend improvements to training systems
- Support training records maintenance and reviewing curriculum for instructional system design (ISD) compliance
- Manage squadron's strategic training environment plan (training environment includes simulator, classroom, etc)
Qualifications
- Required Experience: Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university, Minimum Of 10 Years Of Relevant Experience, Minimum of 5 years of experience in space operations and training
- Knowledge of and ability to implement ISD principles
- Knowledge of and ability to instruct orbital mechanics is desired
- Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance
- Physically able to walk and stand for prolonged amounts of time

Pay
The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $140,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.
