Space/Cyber Training and Operations Support
Job Responsibilities
- Using Microsoft Power Point, Project, Word, Excel and Adobe
- Developing and Updating Training and Evaluation Objectives (T&EO)
- Evaluating Soldier performance against the T&EOs and providing recommendations to unit commanders regarding certification of crews and individuals
- Developing training programs of instruction
- Training Soldiers in support of 1st Space Brigade mission sets
- Providing technical advice to commanders regarding system employment and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP)
- Documenting training progress
- Scheduling training using low density training assets for high student throughput
- Other responsibilities as needed
Required Skills
- Tactical experience with 1st Space Brigade systems or similar systems
- Previous training experience
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Completed a military instructor course within the last ten years
Pay
The anticipated compensation for the position is $115,000 to $125,000 based on a full-time schedule. Your compensation will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience, and education.

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is searching for a Space and Cyber professionals to support training and operations for 1st Space Brigade in Colorado Springs. The work will be on site at Fort Carson. Under Government oversight, while serving as a contractor, the analyst will train Soldiers to perform space and cyber operations in support of 1st Space Brigade missions. Applicant must be able to communicate well verbally and in writing. Applicant will support current space projects and technology activities, and advise Government management personnel.
