About the role

Pullman Maldives Maamutaa is an all‑inclusive luxury resort on Maamutaa Island in the Gaafu Alifu Atoll, offering 18 hectares of greenery surrounding a natural lake. Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage, facial, body treatments, and other spa services.
• Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable treatments.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and guest safety.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment and products are properly maintained.
• Deliver personalized and exceptional guest service.
• Promote spa products and services when appropriate.
• Follow resort policies, SOPs, and Maldives health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort in the Maldives.
• Good knowledge of massage techniques and spa treatments.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well‑groomed, professional, and guest‑oriented.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
