Spa Supervisor (Full Time)

Responsibilities

• Assures the highest quality guest experience by promoting the Purpose and Values Model throughout all areas of responsibility.
• Handles and resolves guest complaints and concerns.
• Builds repeat customer business and loyalty through direct guest interaction, soliciting feedback, and troubleshooting customer complaints.
• Maintains the condition of the spa and reports any problems to maintenance or the Spa Manager.
• Plays a role in placing and receiving telephone communications and making reservations.
• Keeps the front desk stocked with supplies and places orders.
• Responsible for cash handling and balancing cash bank.

Requirements

• Adhere to supervisory responsibilities, including:
• Overseeing the daily operations when the Spa Manager is not present.
• Aiding in scheduling employee shifts to ensure spa coverage.
• Aiding the Spa Manager in interviewing and hiring team members.
• Responsible for training employees.

Regular attendance is required.

Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Target Salary Range: $21.00 per hour
