What You’ll Do

• Convert guests into memberships and long-term clients
• Recommend services, enhancements, and retail confidently
• Drive pre-booking and retention
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Deliver a high-energy, personalized guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales, retail, or guest service
• Confident communicator who can recommend and close sales
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance
• Fast-paced, positive, and team-driven
• Comfortable being accountable to results

Schedule

• 6–8 hour shifts
• Full-time available
• Open 7 days a week
