Responsibilities
- Turn calls into booked appointments
- Sell memberships + hit goals
- Educate guests on services
- Deliver a smooth, high‑quality guest experience (sales‑focused, guest‑facing role)

Pay
Competitive base pay + commission: $15.00–$18.00 per hour base; top performers earn $20–$23/hr total including commission on memberships, upgrades, and add‑ons.
