We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications? The posting includes sections: About The Role, What You'll Do (responsibilities), What We're Looking For (requirements/qualifications), Compensation & Benefits (salary, benefits), Location maybe not needed as heading? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes: - About The Role (description) - What You'll Do (list of duties) - What We're Looking For (list of requirements/qualifications) - Compensation & Benefits (salary range, bonus/commission, benefits list) - Location (maybe not needed as heading; could be a short paragraph) - Benefits: also earlier bullet list at top: "Benefits: Free uniforms Paid time off Wellness resources 401(k) 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Employee discounts Opportunity for advancement Spa Sales Director". That seems like a duplicate of benefits list; but we need to preserve all substantive info. However there is duplication: later "Compensation & Benefits Salary: $52,000 - $55,000 per year + performance-based bonus/commission Benefits and compensation are subject to company plan terms and eligibility." Also earlier bullet list includes many benefits: Free uniforms, Paid time off, Wellness resources, 401(k), 401(k) matching, Bonus based on performance, Competitive salary, Employee discounts, Opportunity for advancement. Also later "Benefits: Flexible schedule 401K Free massage or facial service each month PTO". So we need to combine benefits info, preserving all. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state compensation and benefits, so we can have a Benefits section (maybe also Pay). The instruction says use headings like Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could combine Pay and Benefits into one Benefits section? But they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits (including Pay). Or separate Pay and Benefits if both present. The posting includes salary range and bonus/commission (Pay) and benefits list. So we could have two sections: Pay and Benefits. But they said prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Having both Pay and Benefits might be okay if both have content. However we could combine into a single "Compensation & Benefits" section using heading maybe "Benefits" (but that would omit Pay). The instruction list includes Pay as possible heading. I'd include both Pay and Benefits sections to be accurate. We must not include Schedule section unless posting states schedule. It mentions "Availability to work some evenings and weekends based on business needs." Also "Flexible schedule" in benefits list. So schedule info exists: flexible schedule, evenings/weekends. So we could include a Schedule section. However they said prefer few sections; but schedule is substantive. Could include Schedule. We need to remove boilerplate: the long franchise disclaimer, application instructions, "Apply If you are..." etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Also remove the "Benefits:" line at top? We'll incorporate benefits into section. We need to preserve all substantive information: about the role description, responsibilities list, requirements list, compensation details, benefits list, location, schedule info. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title appears earlier: "Spa Sales Director". We'll not use as heading. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll structure:

    About the role

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a results-driven Spa Director to lead sales performance and team development across our Doral and West Kendall locations. This is a hands-on sales leadership position focused on membership growth, lead conversion, client retention, revenue generation, and developing a high-performing team. Each location has its own Manager; the Spa Director will work alongside those Managers and float between both locations based on business needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive membership sales, revenue growth, lead conversion, rebooking, and client retention across both locations.
    • Coordinate with managers to set sales goals and hold teams accountable for achieving performance targets.
    • Coach front desk teams on sales, closing techniques, objection handling, and client engagement.
    • Personally engage with clients and prospective members to support sales and conversion.
    • Follow up with leads and develop strategies to convert new guests into loyal members.
    • Drive membership reactivation, upgrades, service enhancements, retail sales, and referrals.
    • Review sales and performance metrics and create action plans to improve results.
    • Build a positive, energetic, and accountable sales culture.
    • Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee development.
    • Ensure an exceptional client experience and help resolve client concerns when needed.
    • Support local marketing, community outreach, and business development initiatives.
    • Travel between the Doral and West Kendall locations as business needs require.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of management or leadership experience in a sales-driven environment.
    • Proven success in sales, membership sales, customer retention, or revenue growth.
    • Experience coaching and motivating a sales team.
    • Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
    • Comfortable with lead follow-up, outbound calls, and asking for the sale.
    • Results-oriented with a strong understanding of sales KPIs.
    • Experience in spa, aesthetics, wellness, salon, fitness, hospitality, or another membership-based business is preferred.
    • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work between two locations.
    • Availability to work some evenings and weekends based on business needs.
We could also have Qualifications but Requirements covers. Now Pay section:

    Pay

    Salary: $52,000 - $55,000 per year + performance-based bonus/commission

Benefits section: need to combine all benefits mentioned: From top: Free uniforms, Paid time off, Wellness resources, 401(k), 401(k) matching, Bonus based on performance (already in Pay but could mention), Competitive salary (already Pay), Employee discounts, Opportunity for advancement. From later Benefits: Flexible schedule, 401K, Free massage or facial service each month, PTO. Also note "Benefits and compensation are subject to company plan terms and eligibility." We should avoid duplicating Bonus based on performance (already in Pay) but could still mention; but to avoid duplication maybe not repeat. However instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we omit Bonus based on performance from Benefits, we are not losing info because it's in Pay. That's okay. We need to include Free uniforms, Paid time off (PTO), Wellness resources, 401(k), 401(k) matching, Employee discounts, Opportunity for advancement, Flexible schedule, Free massage or facial service each month. Also note "Paid time off" and "PTO" are same; we can keep one. We'll list:
    • Free uniforms
    • Paid time off (PTO)
    • Wellness resources
    • 401(k) plan
    • 401(k) matching
    • Employee discounts
    • Opportunity for advancement
    • Flexible schedule
    • Free massage or facial service each month
Add a note: Benefits and compensation are subject to company plan terms and eligibility. Now Location maybe not needed as heading; we could include a short paragraph after Benefits: "Location: This position will work between our Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa locations in Doral and West Kendall, Florida." Could be a

without heading. Schedule section: we have schedule info: flexible schedule, evenings/weekends. But we already have flexible schedule in Benefits. However schedule specifics: "Availability to work some evenings and weekends based on business needs." Could be a Schedule section. But we might avoid duplication: we already have flexible schedule in Benefits; but schedule specifics about evenings/weekends is separate. Could include Schedule section with that detail. Given instruction to prefer few sections, maybe we can incorporate schedule info into Benefits or Requirements. But they said include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. The posting does have schedule info (flexible schedule, evenings/weekends). So we could have a Schedule section. But we already have flexible schedule in Benefits; we could still have Schedule section with evenings/weekends. However that may be thin. Could combine schedule info into Benefits as "Flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends as needed)". That would be more substantive and avoid thin Schedule section. Thus we can adjust Benefits bullet: "Flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends as needed)". Then we don't need separate Schedule section. Thus final sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Pay, Benefits, Location (as paragraph). No Schedule heading. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info: we have included all. Check for any missing info: "Opportunity for advancement" included. "Free uniforms" included. "Paid time off" included as PTO. "Wellness resources". "401(k)" and "401(k) matching". "Employee discounts". "Free massage or facial service each month". "Bonus based on performance" included in Pay. "Competitive salary" included in Pay. "Flexible schedule" included in Benefits with note about evenings/weekends. "Location" paragraph. Also note "Benefits and compensation are subject to company plan terms and eligibility." We'll add as a

after Benefits list. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Apply If you are..." etc. We removed. Now output HTML fragment. Let's craft:
