Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Summerville is looking to add Spa Sales Associates to our busy location. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is outstanding. Part-time and full-time positions are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
• Welcome and greet members and guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
• Follow proper filing procedures and file maintenance
• Promote health and wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Spa Soft (will train), and basic accounting principles
• Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask while focusing on the guest
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Team player
