Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas is opening a brand new spa and is seeking Spa Sales and Guest Service Associates for both full-time and part-time positions. Our vision is to make each visit the best hour of our client's month, and our Spa Associates play a crucial role in achieving this by creating 5-star experiences for every client.

Responsibilities
- Meet membership sales goals
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu of services
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests while building lasting connections
- Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
- Uphold spa cleanliness standards
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
- Perform various other duties as assigned
Pay
$18–$20 an hour, plus bonuses based on performance.
