About the role
Massage Heights is seeking a Spa Director who reports directly to the franchise owner and manages the daily operations of the location. The essential duties and responsibilities of the Spa Director are to lead the team in member acquisition, ensure exceptional guest service, and build team member culture. This position is responsible for achieving Retreat goals, and employees, and maintaining operational standards according to Massage Heights policies, procedures, and protocols.
