Availability on Saturday and Sunday from 3–9 pm is critical for this position.

• Hourly Pay Range: $21.00 – $22.00
• 20% retail commission on any retail sold

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate all appointments within the spa
• Maintain complete knowledge of all spa services and products
• Maintain the spa facility throughout the shift
• Escort guests to and from treatments
• Perform cashiering duties for services and retail
• Answer all incoming calls

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong computer, communication, and telephone skills
• Availability to work weekends and evenings
