Job Description
The Spa Receptionist is responsible for ensuring each spa guest receives personalized service from the time they set up their appointment to the time they leave. Duties include welcoming, scheduling, answering calls and questions, assisting the team, and promoting internal growth programs.

- Keep front desk clean, tidy, and supplied with all the necessary supplies
- Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints
- Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed
- Receive letters, packages, and send them to appropriate destinations
- Prepare and manage outgoing mail
- Make supply orders when needed
- Monitor and update records and files
- Ensure teamwork and enhance cooperation between all departments
- Perform any other duties as requested by leadership to aid in better operation of the property and service to the guests
Necessary Skills
- Can multi-task and meet deadlines while projecting a resort-like image both in person and over the phone
- Able to report to work for scheduled shifts
- Able to work a flexible schedule, we are a 24/7 business which may require work availability of nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and in person
- Able to communicate in the English language
- Able to maintain a clean and attractive work area, uniform, and person
- Able to have or can learn knowledge of fire alarm system and evacuation procedures
- Able to bend, reach, kneel, push, and stretch and lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds
- Able to work for 8 hours and work in a restrictive space/environment
- Able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, cold and stress
- Able to have finger dexterity for operating equipment
- Able to have the highest degree of integrity and is humble, living by the Golden Rule
- Able to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds

Other
- Spa Experience a plus
- Book 4 Time experience of Spa Booking Program experience a plus
- Hospitality and Customer Service background a plus
