Spa - Massage Therapist

About the Role

As a Massage Therapist at Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection, you will provide Massage and Spa services to guests with unparalleled personalized service, professionalism, and exceptional knowledge in the field of the healing arts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to and from treatment rooms while attending to any immediate needs throughout their spa visit.
• Prepare treatment rooms to client specifications while adhering to property service standards.
• Perform prep work, properly clean, and restock the room as required.
• Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the treatment.
• Maintain professional ethics while providing personalized service to meet each guest’s needs.
• Maintain the work area with necessary supplies and ensure the room is immaculate at all times.
• Uphold cleanliness of all other spa areas, including locker rooms.
• Follow standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and spa policies.
• Communicate to management any occurrences involving staff or guests, including complaints or misconduct.
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, retail, and available programs or promotions.
• Regularly attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings for the spa.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist.
• Valid Massage Therapist State License.
• Experience in a luxury spa and/or hotel spa environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a passion for healing.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to a minimum of three days a week, inclusive of weekends.

Pay

The starting pay range for this position is $20.00 per hour, plus service charge and tips. Individual salaries will be based on factors such as experience and education.
