Responsibilities
- Increase memberships, service, retail and gift cards
- Create marketing strategies to maximize revenue and profits
- Perform data analysis to drive business decisions and success
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Plan and direct to meet the daily needs of the operation
- Track staff schedules to optimize capacity, revenue, and profits
- Maintain cleanliness and soothing ambiance of the premises
- Manage inventory effectively
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve service complaints
- Ensure compliance with Hand & Stone policies and procedures
- Take ownership of grassroots marketing campaigns
- Hire, train, supervise, develop, and mentor team members
- Motivate and empower the team to achieve high standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Spa / Salon or Retail / Hospitality industries with team leadership and management experience
- Experience setting and driving membership and sales goals
- Able to manage a staff of at least 40 and control retail and professional inventory
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Occasional travel for training sessions, conferences, meetings with clients, or other business-related activities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Nice-to-have: Experience with Zenoti
