Spa Director

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring all guests receive exceptional service and that the property runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including housekeeping, front desk, food and beverage services, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Manage staff performance and conduct regular training sessions.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or high-end hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay

$100,000 - $120,000 annually based on experience.
