Requirements

• Associate degree required
• 5+ years of management experience leading direct reports
• 5+ years of experience in sales & marketing (preferred)
• 5+ years of aesthetic/spa industry knowledge (preferred)
• 5+ years managing in a customer-focused environment (preferred)
• 3+ years of sales experience
• Esthetician License (Required)
