About the role

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Spa Desk Associate to join our team at Equinox Sports Club Boston. This role is ideal for someone eager to make an impact in a dynamic, growing organization. Responsibilities

• Support daily spa operations under the direction of spa leadership.
• Contribute to daily service sales goals by recommending treatments and enhancements to clients.
• Work toward monthly retail targets by promoting and selling retail products to members and guests.
• Support spa-driven club outreach events and programs to drive business growth.
• Provide superior customer service to all members, prospects, and guests.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Minimum 2 days per week commitment, including weekends.
• Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Enthusiastic, upbeat, outgoing, and personable demeanor with a passion for the spa industry.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to new techniques and ideas.

Pay

$15/hour, with the ability to earn additional incentives.
