Spa Concierge (Front Desk)

Join our team as a Spa Concierge at Mayflower Inn & Spa, an exquisite country retreat nestled in 58 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and woodland in Washington, Connecticut. Just two hours’ drive from New York City, our boutique hotel offers a portal to a simpler time, where soul-stirring moments are rooted in the idyllic countryside. As a Spa Concierge, you will create unforgettable spa experiences for our guests, ensuring their visit exceeds expectations through warm, professional, and personalized service.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome all guests and provide exceptional service, creating a relaxing and healing environment.
• Communicate professionally and effectively in the languages used in the Spa.
• Maintain full knowledge of all treatments offered in the Spa Service Menu, including current promotions or offers.
• Familiarize yourself with the product lines used in the Spa for retail and professional use, and provide guidance to guests to support retail sales.
• Process all spa service reservations from pre-arrival contact and booking to final room charge, including administrative tasks and reports.
• Manage daily reservations, ensuring an even distribution of workload among massage therapists.
• Ensure therapists are aware of any special indications or contraindications to tailor services to guests' specific needs as outlined in their medical consultation forms.
• Communicate all guest feedback and reviews to Spa Management for prompt follow-up.
• Maintain assigned areas and treatment rooms, ensuring they are prepared to the highest standards and kept clean and organized at all times.
• Keep the Spa Boutique clean and organized.

Requirements

• Preferably two years of experience in a high-end Spa or luxury hotel.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and prior knowledge of Spa services preferred.
• Advanced English, both spoken and written.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on the department's needs.
• Minimum education level: Secondary school.
