About the Role
Twin Farms is seeking a polished, detail-oriented Spa Attendant to support our Forbes Five-Star spa experience. The Spa Attendant ensures treatment rooms, relaxation areas, locker rooms, and guest amenities are impeccably prepared throughout the day. This role combines behind-the-scenes organization with warm, discreet guest service.
Located in the serene hills of Barnard, Vermont, Twin Farms is a private, all-inclusive luxury resort exclusively for adults. Set on 300 acres of pristine countryside, the resort is renowned for its Forbes Five-Star hospitality, exceptional farm-to-table dining, and deeply personalized service. Since opening in 1993, Twin Farms has been defined by timeless standards of excellence and a genuine commitment to thoughtful, detail-driven hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, clean, and reset treatment rooms.
- Maintain immaculate spa, locker room, and relaxation areas.
- Stock robes, towels, linens, refreshments, and guest amenities.
- Assist with spa laundry and inventory.
- Support therapists and estheticians with daily operational needs.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond with warmth and discretion.
- Complete opening and closing procedures.
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and Forbes service standards.
Requirements
- Previous luxury hospitality, spa, housekeeping, or guest-service experience preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Warm, professional, and discreet demeanor.
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, push carts, and lift up to 30 pounds.
