Spa Attendant Summer '26

About the role

The Yellowstone Club is a private residential community in Big Sky, Montana, offering a unique combination of skiing, snowboarding, golf, and outdoor activities. We are currently seeking a Spa Attendant to join our Health & Wellness department for the summer season from June to September.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding service in a friendly environment, greeting and acknowledging every Member and guest.
• Maintain service standards, product knowledge, and hospitality.
• Guarantee total Member satisfaction and represent Yellowstone Club professionally.
• Apply property safety and security procedures to ensure a secure and safe environment.
• Handle accidents and emergencies appropriately, ensuring medical attention and reporting to management.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with all team members.

Essential Job Functions

• Exhibit a professional attitude and handle difficult situations diplomatically.
• Uphold and implement gracious attendant procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about all spa services, pricing, and other services.
• Serve guests efficiently, implementing proper service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in all areas of the spa, salon, fitness, and retail.
• Monitor spa traffic and cater to individual guest and member needs.
• Assist guests with all aspects of their stay, particularly before and after treatments.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform duties in a timely and efficient manner, meeting departmental standards.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
• Treat Members, guests, vendors, customers, and co-workers with professionalism and respect.
• Maintain privacy of Members at all times.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with all employees, supervisors, managers, and directors.
• Project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club to Members and guests at all times.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands

• Stand and exert well-paced ability for up to four hours in length.
• Walk and stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 15 lbs on a regular and continuing basis.
• Use manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.

Experience/Education

• High School or equivalent education required.
• At least one to two years in a public contact position preferred.

Work Environment

• Climate-controlled environment.
• May require working outside in extreme heat, cold, rain, wind, snow, or inclement weather.
