About the role
A Part Time Spa Attendant at the WELL Spa, Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, ensures a pristine and serene environment by maintaining the cleanliness of locker rooms and spa facilities, allowing guests to fully relax and enjoy their wellness experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous service to ensure a superior guest experience.
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and handle trash to maintain locker room cleanliness.
- Work with cleaning products and chemicals.
- Stock restrooms with necessary supplies.
- Ensure compliance with internal audit standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior cleaning experience in a full-service hotel environment is preferred.
- Great customer service experience.
- Ability to proactively use creativity to personalize the guest experience.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
