About the Role

Welcome guests and provide robes, slippers, towels, and locker keys. Escort guests to their lockers and massage clients to the therapist, making introductions as needed. Maintain spa facility cleanliness while assisting guests with amenities, wellness experiences, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest services and professionalism at all times.
• Greet all guests in a warm and friendly manner as they enter the Spa.
• Be familiar with various types of treatments, including indications, contraindications, and services based on therapist experience, knowledge, and education.
• Assist in identifying the root cause of guests' concerns and facilitate solutions.
• Provide guests with robes, slippers, and locker keys.
• Offer iced water or iced tea to guests.
• Keep locker areas neat and clean, removing dirty towels and slippers left behind by guests.
• Conduct tours for guests.
• Fill mineral tubs for guests, then drain, clean, and refill tubs after each use.
• Replace towels and mats, and escort guests to the tranquility room.
• Restock linens and supplies throughout the spa.
• Maintain Forbes 5-star and Ace service standards.
• Adhere to all Tribal Ordinances, Regulations, ACCRS, SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must obtain a Riverside County Health Department card within one week of employment.
• Must complete and show proof of Responsible Alcoholic Beverage Certificate through the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control within 60 days of employment.

Working Conditions

• Ability to stand, move, and work throughout the spa and property, including walking up to 3 miles and climbing stairs.
• Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.
• Noise levels vary from moderate in office environments to louder in casino areas.
• Must be able to grasp, bend, lift, and/or carry items weighing at least 25 lbs. intermittently.
• Requires sufficient hand dexterity to use office equipment such as computers, calculators, and multi-line telephones.
• Occasional exposure to wet/humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, extreme heat, and risk of electrical shock.
