Qualifications
- Basic education of responsibilities and duties for this role
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to follow verbal commands
- Physical ability to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during their assigned shift
- Standing and/or walking for extended periods of time or for entire work shift
- Moving, bending, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and placing objects weighing up to 40 lbs without assistance
- Ability to maneuver the spa with ease and grace
- Ability to greet guests with a smile
- Steward of the Woodhouse Brand
- Expert on all Woodhouse Signature Services
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a sanitary facility
- Performing general cleaning and organizational tasks
- Monitoring location laundry needs
- Keeping the spa stocked with fresh linens, robes, etc.
- Completing laundry, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, dusting, etc.
- Assisting the Service Provider Teams with turning over and sanitizing treatment rooms
- Restocking all snacks and maintaining all levels of comfort for guests
- Keeping the Break Room/Sink/Dishwasher in order
