About the role

You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is outstanding. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing appointments, and promoting the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
• Follow proper filing procedures and maintain file systems
• Promote the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Zenoti (training provided), and basic accounting principles
• Excellent personal appearance and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask while focusing on the guest
• Positive, energetic attitude and ability to work as a team player
