Souvenir Photographer Sales Associate - Zephyr Cove

About the role

As a Sales Associate, you’ll create the magic by providing our customers with world-class guest service while creating a memorable photo experience at one of our unique Photogenic locations. Since 2001, Photogenic, the Souvenir Division of Cherry Hill Programs, has been crafting unique souvenir photography solutions in partnership with retail locations, tourist attractions, and destinations across North America, contributing millions of holiday and souvenir experiences for children and families each year.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Perform all other assigned tasks

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who can work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Comfortable working in an outdoor environment in natural weather conditions
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time

Qualifications

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
