Souvenir Photographer Sales Associate - Norfolk City Cruises

In partnership with retail locations, tourist attractions and destinations across North America, our company contributes millions of holiday and souvenir experiences for children and families, year after year. As a Sales Associate, you’ll create the magic by providing our customers with world class guest service while creating a memorable photo experience.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
• All other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who can work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling

Qualifications

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
• At least 16 years of age
