Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or surpass sales volume and profitability targets in line with REMET’s marketing plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective accounts to support long-term growth.
- Identify, target, and secure new accounts by promoting REMET’s product portfolio within the investment casting market.
- Collaborate with the National Accounts Manager on shared accounts. Take primary responsibility for binder, refractory, crucible, and other non-wax related products, ensuring alignment with the National Accounts Manager’s efforts.
- Initiate and/or support product or program development that strengthens REMET’s position with customers.
- Provide customers with technical application expertise and product recommendations to ensure satisfaction and foster growth.
- Maximize sales productivity through effective planning, time management, and service activity management.
- Prepare accurate reports on sales activities, forecasts, account status, industry trends, and competitive insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate expense reporting in line with company travel policies.
- Hold oneself to the highest level of business ethics and professionalism to reinforce REMET’s reputation in the market.
- Collaborate with other Territory Managers, sales, and marketing personnel as needed to share product and market knowledge.
- Support special projects as assigned by senior leadership.
- Comply with all ISO 9001 procedures and REMET’s documented Quality System, while understanding and promoting the company’s Quality Policy.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience, or 3–5 years combined technical, operational, and/or sales experience in the investment casting industry.
- Direct operational or technical foundry experience is required.
- Experience with precision investment casting processes and applications strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to sell in a highly competitive market and manage complex customer needs.
