About the role

Crumbl is seeking dependable, motivated team members to join our closing crew. Closing shifts are from approximately 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with availability required on both Friday and Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Mix dough, bake cookies, and prepare our rotating weekly flavors
• Decorate and package cookies with attention to detail
• Welcome guests and help them choose from the week's menu
• Take orders and process payments
• Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, and guest areas
• Restock supplies and prepare the store for the next day
• Work with your teammates to complete closing tasks efficiently

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old and have reliable transportation to and from work-including transportation home after closing
• Requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds

Qualifications

• Can consistently work from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM
• Available every Friday and Saturday

Pay and Schedule

• Earn $16–$20 per hour, including tips
• Average hourly pay is approximately $17
• Both full-time and part-time opportunities may be available
