Concord Closing Baker

About the Role

Join Crumbl as a Closing Baker / Crew Member and help mix, bake, decorate, serve guests, and ensure each night ends with a clean, organized store. This position focuses on closing shifts from approximately 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with availability on both Friday and Saturday required.

Pay and Schedule

Earn $16–$20 per hour, including tips, with team members averaging approximately $17 per hour. Both full-time and part-time opportunities may be available. Applicants must have dependable, year-round availability and be able to work closing shifts, especially Fridays and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Mix dough, bake cookies, and prepare rotating weekly flavors
• Decorate and package cookies with attention to detail
• Welcome guests and help them choose from the week’s menu
• Take orders and process payments
• Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, and guest areas
• Restock supplies and prepare the store for the next day
• Work with teammates to complete closing tasks efficiently

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Reliable transportation to and from work, including after closing
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Consistent availability for closing shifts (4:00 PM to 10:30 PM), especially Fridays and Saturdays
