About the role

DynaServ is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our ground maintenance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our services.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine grounds maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilizing
• Inspect and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper functionality
• Assist with landscaping projects as needed
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and concerns
• Document work performed and report any issues to supervisors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of basic landscaping tools and equipment

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Proficiency in using lawn mowers, trimmers, and other maintenance equipment
• Knowledge of plant identification and care
• Experience with irrigation systems and plumbing
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and report writing

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Hours are flexible and can vary based on project demands, typically Monday through Friday, with some weekend work required.
